Sensory Characteristics: Amber or dark amber in color. It has a floral, persistent and fruity aroma that evokes the most popular anise drinks. It has a sweet flavor with a slight aftertaste of very particular aniseed. Normally of slow and fine crystallization.
Flowering
The green anise or matalahúva, is a herbaceous plant, its flowers are concentrated at the top of the stem and have very grouped white petals.
