Sensory Characteristics: Very dark in color, practically black in the jar, with reddish hues on honey and a slimy consistency. It has a persistent and very intense aroma, reminiscent of deciduous forests in autumn, humus and mushrooms. Sweet and peculiar flavor, with salty notes and marked more or less intense bitter components. Variable crystallization tendency.
