Sensory Characteristics: Very dark in color, close to black, something unusual as it is a floral honey. Its aroma is also reminiscent of the flowering from which it comes, appreciating fruity notes. The taste is sweet, with salty notes, due to its high content of mineral salts. Late crystallization, often faulty, due to high humidity.
